About Luchi
What is Luchi?
Luchi can help your kids plan, learn, talk, or build. She is a voice-first family AI for children, a fox each kid talks to on the family’s iPhone, iPad or Mac: she plans each kid’s day, coaches homework with hints and questions instead of answers, keeps routines and reminders, and builds games and stories with them. Parents manage the family in the same app and see how it went without reading their kids’ private chats. Luchi is made by Future AI & EDU LLC. Child safety and COPPA-first parental consent are built in from the start.
What Luchi is
Luchi is one family AI for every kid, in the Luchi app on the family’s phones, tablets and computers. Luchi the fox is the only character. She is a structured companion, not an open-ended chatbot: kids can plan their day, learn with hints, talk things through, or build. When a kid builds, they tell Luchi what to make, test what she builds, fix what is wrong, and end with a real game, story or page they can play, share with a parent’s yes, or improve.
Who Luchi is for
Luchi is built for kids and the parents who want them to grow up capable with AI rather than dependent on it. Every child profile is created and supervised by a parent, Luchi adapts her words, hints and projects to each kid’s age, and parents have their own Luchi in the same family account.
What Luchi helps with
The daily follow-through: what’s next today, homework hints, routines and reminders in Luchi’s voice. And AI literacy through building: saying clearly what you want, checking and correcting what the AI made, knowing when not to use AI, and explaining your own thinking.
How Luchi works
A parent creates the family’s account and completes a real card payment for the first week ($5). COPPA accepts this as a way to verify a parent: the Rule allows a parent to use a credit or debit card in connection with a transaction, on a payment system that notifies the account holder of each charge. Each kid signs in with a PIN and talks to Luchi by voice or text. In the app, Luchi’s replies come from Anthropic’s Claude and her voice from Inworld, under terms that do not allow training on what we send. Parents see what kids choose to share and short updates in the kid’s own words, never their private chats, and can export or delete a child’s information in the app.
What makes Luchi different
- One family AI for every kid, on every family device: plan, learn, talk, or build.
- Hints, not answers: homework coaching that keeps the thinking with the kid.
- Kids share what they make: parents see creations and updates, not private chats.
- Safety-first: layered safety checks and a parent’s verified consent before any child uses Luchi.
- No ads, no selling kids’ information, no training AI on it. A child’s chat in the Luchi Family app is deleted after a year.
