Luchi ("we", "us", "our") provides Luchi Family, a voice-first family AI for kids, in the Luchi app and on luchistudio.com. A parent creates and consents to every child profile, and a child uses the Service on that parent's account. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from parents and their children, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. Because the Service is directed to children, we comply with COPPA and obtain verifiable parental consent before we collect anything from a child under 13; where a child is 13 or older we apply the same parental-consent, no-advertising and no-sale protections described in this policy.
